Private Sector Forum

   On June 10 of this year, at the initiative of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the support of the World Bank Group and the AQUAFED company, within the framework of the Third High-Level International Conference, a Private Sector Forum was held on the international decade of action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-  2028"

   The opening speech was started by the Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rahimzoda Sultоn, and the guests of honor were Saroj Kumar, Director of the Global Water Practice of the World Bank Group, Ozan Sevimli, Country Manager of the World Bank Group in Tajikistan, Neil Dhote, Executive Director of the company "  AQUAFED" and more than 200 experts and specialists in the field of water and climate, as well as business and investment communities.

   The purpose of this Forum was to strengthen capacity in the field of water supply and sanitation in the Central Asian region, and also discussed more comprehensive implementation of private sector projects.
