Meeting between the management of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management with representatives of Turkey

On May 19, 2022, the meeting of the Chairman of the Committee Qadirzoda Sadi with the official delegation of the Republic of Turkey headed by the Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey – Dr. Cetin Ali Dunmez was held at the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management.

During the meeting, the management of the Committee has discussed the country's investment opportunities, legislation, advantages and priority areas of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, trade expansion, creation of joint ventures and diversification of cooperation.

At the same time, in order to strengthen and further expansion of cooperation, the Committee presented investment projects in the field of tourism, industry, including light processing, construction and other priority areas of the country.

It is important to note that within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding, the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management and Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization in Turkey, signed an Action Plan for cooperate on a Tajik-Turkey development of small and medium enterprises Collaborative Initiative.

In conclusion, both sides noted that a number of virtual meetings between representatives of the private sector of the two countries will be organized in the near future.

In general, the event was held in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and friendship; a broad discussion took place between the parties on the search for new ways of trade, economic and investment cooperation.
