On 28th of June, 2022 in the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the aim of declaring 2022-2026 as “Years of Industrial Development” a regular meeting was held with the participation of representatives from the business associations and unions of entrepreneurs on issues related to strengthening the development of the private sector and identifying problems in the industry, as well as monitoring the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On declaring a moratorium on all types of inspections of the activities of business entities".
The meeting was opened with an introductory speech by the Chairman of the Committee Kodirzoda Saadi, noted that the development of the industrial sector is considered as a factor in the progress and growth of the state economy, the development of other sectors is also considered interconnected with this industry and thanked the leaders of associations and associations of entrepreneurs for increasing the production capacity of entrepreneurs, solving existing problems, development of the private sector and improvement of conditions for business and investment.
According to the agenda of this meeting, reports were presented by Khalifazoda Saidakhtam - Head of the Tax Control Department of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the benefits of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan in new edition and aslo Khaknazarzoda Komiljon - Head of the Department for Promotion of the Permit System and Control over Inspections of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management, desk control over the implementation of the order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On declaring a moratorium on all types of inspections of business entities”.
At the end of the meeting, it was considered as important to strengthen cooperation with business associations and unions of entrepreneurs, as they are considered organizations coordinating the activities of entrepreneurs and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of business entities, also at the end specific opinions and proposals were made by the heads of business associations and unions of entrepreneurs to promote business in the industry for further exchange of experience and successful achievements of the private sector.
