Visit of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region of the Russian Federation to the industrial enterprises of the Khatlon region

On November 29, 2023 in order to get acquainted with the Khatlon region the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region of the Russian Federation visited the textile complex of JSC “Juntai-Dangara Sin Silu Textile” and enterprises of the Free economic zone of “Dangara”.

 It was reported that the factory is unique in terms of production and technological capabilities in Central Asia, equipped with the most advanced technologies for cotton processing and production from well-known companies in the USA, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and China. The finished products of the factory such as clothing, yarn and cashback fabric are exported to Russia, Turkey, Belarus, Poland, Azerbaijan, China and Pakistan.

Currently, 269 people are involved in the first stage of the project, 138 people are involved in the second stage, 262 people are involved in the third stage, and 260 people are involved in the fourth stage, and there are 1400 employees in total at the enterprise. In the future, with the increase in the capacity of the enterprise and the organization of three shifts in the workshops the number of workers will be increased to 2000 people.

In Free Economic Zone “Dangara” investors got acquainted with the activities of enterprises producing construction materials, aluminum profiles, tobacco and petrol production. Investors were informed about the tax and customs benefits in the free economic regions of the country.

In conclusion, investors were invited to contribute to the implementation of investment and commercial projects in order in the creation of joint ventures.
