Annual meeting of Rogun HPP shareholders

   On June 21 of this year, under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Open Joint-Stock Company of the Rogun HPP shareholders Kahir Rasulzoda, the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Open Joint-Stock Company of the "Rogun" Hydroelectric Power Plant was held.
   At the meeting, the annual report on the production, financial and investigative activities of the Open Joint-Stock Company of the "Rogun" Hydroelectric Power Plant for 2023 was heard, and it was informed that in 2023, the work at the "Rogun" Hydroelectric Power Plant was proceeding according to the plan and in the direction of implementation the planned indicators have achieved the necessary results.
   Also, during the session, the issues of increasing the authorized capital, making changes to the charter and management regulations of the Open Joint-Stock Company of the Rogun Hydroelectric Power Plant, approving new members of the Supervisory Board of the Open Joint-Stock Company of the Rogun Hydroelectric Power Plant and other issues were discussed, related decisions were made.
