Meeting with the delegation of the Trade Council US-Tajikistan

   On June 24 of this year, a working breakfast was held at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Dushanbe the Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management with the Head and delegation of the US-Tajikistan Trade Council.
   The guests were welcomed by the Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management, who informed the guests about the efforts of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to create a favorable environment for investment and the available guarantees and benefits for investors.
   The priority areas of the national economy for investment were also discussed, and as a result, readiness was expressed to strengthen cooperation in the areas of attracting direct investment and creating joint ventures, importing American technologies to Tajikistan, etc.
   It should be noted that, in order to strengthen economic cooperation, especially investment cooperation with United States, by initiative of the State Committee in Investment and State Property Management and the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to America, an agreement was reached on a visit to Tajikistan by a delegation of the Trade Council of the United States of America.
   According to the plan, on June 24-25 of this year, as part of the visit of this Council to Tajikistan, meetings of the Trade Council of the United States of America will take place with representatives of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the management of relevant ministries, as well as separate meetings of American companies with the management of ministries, departments and the banking and private sector.
