On July 26, 2025, the first meeting of the Organizing Committee on the preparation and holding of the International Investment Forum “Dushanbe Invest-2025” was held under the leadership of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Hоkim Kholiqzoda, with the participation of committee members — heads of relevant ministries and government agencies.
In his remarks, the First Deputy Prime Minister, who also serves as Chair of the Organizing Committee, emphasized that hosting such a high-level event in the country will facilitate the attraction of direct foreign investment, promotion of the country's investment opportunities, strengthening of mutually beneficial economic relations with countries in the region and globally, and enhancing Tajikistan’s investment image on the international stage.
Subsequently, Mr. Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management and Deputy Chair of the Organizing Committee, briefed members on the current state of preparations, proposed date and venue, structure of the Forum’s program, financial matters, exhibition arrangements, side events, and other content-related and organizational aspects.
It is worth noting that the “Dushanbe Invest-2025” Forum is scheduled to take place from October 14 to 16 this year in Dushanbe. The Forum aims to showcase the green investment potential of the Republic of Tajikistan and to attract the interest of prominent international investment companies, financial institutions, and businesses looking to enter the Tajik market.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Hokim Kholiqzoda, issued concrete instructions to members of the Organizing Committee to ensure the Forum is held at the highest organizational and substantive level.
