Meetings within the Framework of the International Investment Forum on Tourism

On September 17, in Dushanbe, within the framework of the International Investment Forum on Tourism, the Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sulton Rahimzoda, held a meeting with the President of the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM Congress) Foundation, Mr. Dawood Al Shezawi, Senior Vice President of the International Trade Department, Ms. Angela Chen, and the National Tourism Coordinator under the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan.

During the meeting, the parties expressed their interest in strengthening cooperation in the tourism sector, attracting investment into infrastructure, developing sustainable tourism, and implementing joint projects, while emphasizing the need to make effective use of the vast opportunities available in the global tourism market.

The parties also underlined the importance of the Forum as a significant platform for showcasing the tourism potential of countries, attracting the attention of international investors, and expanding partnerships between the public and private sectors, reaffirming their readiness to enhance cooperation and implement joint initiatives.
