Ceremonial Event Dedicated to the 31st Anniversary of the Adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan

The State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan held a ceremonial event dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the participation of the Committee’s leadership, heads and employees of structural divisions of the central office and subordinate organizations.

The Chairman of the Committee, Sultоn Rahimzoda, congratulated the leadership and staff of the central office and subordinate organizations on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan, noting that the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan under the wise leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, marked the beginning of a new and fateful stage in the history of the national statehood of the Tajik people.

This important political and legal document, as the Basic Law of the country, laid the strong foundations of national statehood and a law-based society, ensuring the rule of law, social justice, and the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms.

During the event, Committee staff members delivered a presentation on the role of the Constitution in the formation of national statehood.

As part of the ceremony, the Committee’s leadership awarded certificates of appreciation to several employees who achieved notable results in their professional activities and contributed to the organization of the “Dushanbe Invest – 2025” International Investment Forum.
