Explanation and Interpretation of the Address of the Leader of the Nation – President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Main Directions of the Domestic and Foreign Policy of the Republic of Tajikistan”

Today, an event dedicated to the explanation and interpretation of the Address of the Leader of the Nation – President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, “On the Main Directions of the Domestic and Foreign Policy of the Republic of Tajikistan,” was held at the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The event began with the performance of the National Anthem.

In his opening remarks, the Chairman of the Committee, Sulton Rahimzoda, emphasized that the Address of the Leader of the Nation – President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, is a key political document and a strategic roadmap for the country’s sustainable development. Its effective implementation requires active participation, a high sense of responsibility, and broad engagement of all segments of society, particularly the staff of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management.

Members of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan — Dustomurodzoda Surayo and Nabotzoda Siyovush Kholmurod — also addressed the event, providing the Committee’s staff with a detailed explanation of the main content, objectives, socio-economic aspects, and priority areas of the President’s Address.

It was noted that in the Address, the Leader of the Nation – President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, set out specific tasks aimed at the effective advancement of domestic and foreign policy and the development of various sectors, including industry, energy, agriculture, road and transport infrastructure, investment and entrepreneurship development, education, science and culture, healthcare and social protection, labor and employment, youth and sports, tourism, taxation and customs, security and defense, law and order, as well as the development of friendly and cooperative relations with foreign countries and international and regional organizations.

During the discussion, an exchange of views took place, and issues related to the practical implementation of the instructions and directives of the Leader of the Nation, strengthening sustainable economic development, attracting investment, and improving the efficiency of state institutions were considered.

The Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, as a landmark state document, not only defines the priority directions of the country’s development but also establishes clear responsibilities and a well-defined vision for the future activities of all state bodies.
