Signing of Public-Private Partnership Agreements

On March 16, 2026, a signing ceremony for public-private partnership agreements was held at the Executive Body of State Authority of Sughd Region. The agreements were signed between the Executive Body of State Authority of Sughd Region and LLC “Denta” for the project “Construction and establishment of a medical diagnostic and treatment center in the city of Khujand,” between the Executive Body of State Authority of the city of Istaravshan and LLC “Adl” for the project “Reconstruction and modernization of the Ismoili Somoni cultural and recreational park in the city of Istaravshan,” and between the Executive Body of State Authority of the city of Buston for the project “Reconstruction of the State Preschool Institution No. 4 ‘Afsona’.”

Under these projects, a modern medical diagnostic center and dental services meeting national and international standards will be established in the city of Khujand.
In the city of Istaravshan, the cultural and recreational park will be reconstructed and modernized, providing improved conditions for leisure and recreation for residents, visitors, and tourists.

At the same time, the State Preschool Institution No. 4 “Afsona” in the city of Buston will be reconstructed, creating modern, inclusive, and innovative conditions for early childhood education and development, contributing to the sustainable development of the education sector.

It should be noted that the total investment in these projects exceeds 35 million somoni and will be fully financed by the private sector. As a result of the implementation of these projects, more than 143 permanent jobs will be created.

The implementation of such projects provides a solid foundation for strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between the public and private sectors and contributes to the socio-economic development of the region.
