On May 18, Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sulton Rahimzoda, held a meeting with the delegation of the World Bank Group.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to strengthening cooperation in the development of the country’s civil aviation sector, including cooperation mechanisms within the framework of public-private partnership.
The parties also exchanged views on attracting investment, developing sectoral infrastructure, and applying international experience in the implementation of industry-related projects.
It was emphasized during the meeting that the development of aviation infrastructure and the improvement of service quality in this sector could contribute to the expansion of trade and economic cooperation, tourism development, and enhancement of the country’s investment attractiveness.
The parties also expressed their readiness to continue mutually beneficial cooperation and implement joint initiatives in the field of civil aviation.
