Review of Progress on the Diar Dushanbe Project

On 28 September 2026, in Doha, Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management, met with Sheikh Hamad bin Talal Al Thani, Chief Executive Officer of Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to expand investment cooperation between Tajikistan and Qatar, attract investment into priority sectors, and implement joint projects.

Particular attention was given to the continued implementation of the Diar Dushanbe project. The parties discussed matters related to advancing the project and expressed their readiness to continue coordination in this area.
