Youth Conference on “The Role of Youth in Strengthening State Independence”

On 29 October 2026, the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, in cooperation with the Youth Union of Tajikistan, held a youth conference entitled “The Role of Youth in Strengthening State Independence”.

The conference brought together the leadership and staff of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management, as well as representatives of the Committee on Youth Affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Youth Union of Tajikistan.

Discussions focused on strengthening patriotism and national identity, improving legal awareness, ensuring compliance with national legislation, and enhancing the contribution of young people to the development of statehood.

It was emphasized that young people, as a constructive and driving force in society, play an important role in safeguarding and strengthening state independence, achieving the country’s strategic goals, and building a democratic, secular state governed by the rule of law. Responsibility, initiative, and active youth participation in public life were highlighted as important factors in societal development.

At the conclusion of the conference, several active young staff members of the Committee were awarded certificates of honour by the Youth Union of Tajikistan in recognition of their productive work and active participation in public life.
