Festive Event Marking Tajikistan’s National Unity Day

Today, the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan held a solemn event dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the National Unity Day, with the participation of the Committee’s leadership and staff.

In his address, Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Muhammadzarif Sharifzoda, congratulated the audience on this historic day for the nation — the National Unity Day. He highlighted the significant role of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Emomali Rahmon, in achieving national reconciliation and ensuring political stability in the country.

It was also emphasized that national unity holds not only political and social significance for the Tajik people, but also a vital, life-sustaining importance — serving throughout history as a key factor of salvation and a source of national revival for this great civilization.

During the meeting, Committee officials also delivered speeches on the pivotal role of national unity in the sustainable development of the Republic of Tajikistan.
