760 On 5 November 2018 in the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan met with First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Muminzod Abdulmajid with Chairman of General «Qatari Diar» Abdullah Al-Atiya and his delegation.
During the meeting the issues related to the further implementation of the other projects «Diyar Dushanbe» implemented with the «Qatari Diar Investment Company». It is noteworthy that the project «Diyar Dushanbe» is under implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of Qatar for the Promotion and Protection of Investment, which was signed on 25 August 2011 in Dushanbe.
The total volume of direct investment for the project is expected to exceed 300 million US dollars. The project started in October 2012 and the completion of its project is planned in September 2023.
According to the project, in the total area of 68 000 square meters, the pavilion named Nurullo Huvaidulloev, Dushanbe, is located by the «Qatari Diar Real Estate Investments Company of Tajikistan», including: 5 residential buildings consisting of 400 rooms with commercial and substation facilities, 1 hotel rooms There are 5 stars consisting of 65 rooms, 1 aperitif for the service, consisting of 100 rooms, 3 office buildings and trade centers with substation and 1 child building.
The first phase of the project, which included 1 building of residential buildings and one administrative building with 65 million investment dollar The United States has ended.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Muminzod Abdulmajid informed the delegation about the investment climate of the country, and called on the staff to take part in other investment projects in Tajikistan. 
In his turn, the General «Qatari Diar» Energy Adviser, Abdullah Al-Attar, expressed his willingness to take full advantage of the company's full implementation of the project, as well as expressed interest in participating in other investment projects.
