Forum of Entrepreneurs and Trade and Economic Cooperation China – Tajikistan

   On November 2, 2023, a Forum of Entrepreneurs and Trade and Economic Cooperation between the People's Republic of China  and Tajikistan was held in Dushanbe with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Usmonzod U.Y and Politburo member, member of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Republic of China Ma Xinju.

   The forum was attended by heads of ministries and departments, as well as more than 200 entrepreneurs and investors from both sides. During the forum, the Chinese delegation was presented with the country's investment opportunities, and priority projects for joint financing were also proposed.Within the framework of the event, a bilateral meeting of businessmen and investors in the (B2B) format took place.

   As a result, the businessmen of Tajikistan and China signed 25 agreements on cooperation in the field of energy, industry and agriculture, as well as a memorandum of understanding between the free economic zones of both countries.
