Meeting of the Chairman of State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Tajikistan

    On February 28, 2024, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sulton Rahimzoda, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Tajikistan, Mr. Valikhan Turekhanov.

    At the meeting, the state of cooperation between Tajikistan and Kazakhstan in the trade and economic sphere was reviewed, including cooperation with the Astana International Financial Center, strengthening cooperation between the State Unitary Enterprise Tojinvest and JSC National Company KAZAKH INVEST, holding investment forums, attracting investments of Kazakh companies in Tajikistan, the creation of joint ventures, etc., the parties also expressed their readiness to strengthen cooperation.

    It was noted that holding the next meeting of the joint commission of the parties on economic cooperation will help strengthen cooperation in the above areas.
