During the speech, it was noted that the Central Asian region has a historical role as a point of connection of civilizations, paying attention to the fact that the countries of the region do not have access to the sea, the existence of wide economic opportunities of the countries of the region, the development of infrastructure and the expansion of cooperation with other regions in increasing competitiveness. , will make a great contribution to ensuring stability and economic stability of the region.
In this context, it was emphasized that the development of cross-border infrastructure in Central Asia through the close cooperation of international financial organizations and the private sector will contribute to sustainable economic development and improvement of integration between Asia and Europe.
