Participation of the Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management, Sulton Rahimzoda, in the “Istanbul Development Dialogues 2025”

On 18–19 November the Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sulton Rahimzoda, participated in the Istanbul Development Dialogues 2025 and delivered remarks at the session “Strengthening Partnerships for Resilience and Recovery”.

The session addressed key topics related to enhancing climate resilience, developing partnerships to manage natural and climate-related risks, applying digital technologies, and expanding sustainable financing.

Sulton Rahimzoda presented Tajikistan’s approaches to climate adaptation, green economy development, and investment in resilient infrastructure, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation in strengthening regional resilience.

On the sidelines of the forum, a working meeting was held with Steliana Nedera, Manager of the UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub, during which further areas of cooperation were discussed, including joint initiatives in sustainable development and climate resilience.
