Ceremony of Signing Investment Agreements

On June 4, 2026, a ceremony for the signing of investment agreements between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the limited liability companies "Kanzi Diyor" and "TBEA Dushanbe Sanоati Kuhi" was held at the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management.

The investment agreement with LLC "Kanzi Diyor" provides for the establishment and development of ore mining and processing enterprises in the city of Panjakent, while the agreement with LLC "TBEA Dushanbe Sanоati Kuhi" envisages the implementation of a project for the construction of the second phase of a gold mining and processing enterprise in the Aini district of Sughd region.

The total investment volume under the agreement with LLC "Kanzi Diyor" amounts to 500 million somoni, with the possibility of increasing the investment volume if necessary. In accordance with the agreement, a modern ore mining and processing enterprise will be established, covering the entire production chain — from raw material extraction to the manufacture of competitive finished products. The project will incorporate ore enrichment, metallurgical processing, refining, and other technological stages.

Under the investment agreement with LLC "TBEA Dushanbe Sanоati Kuhi", investments of more than 600 million somoni are planned.

The full implementation of the above-mentioned projects will enable the creation of more than 300 new jobs, providing the local population with permanent employment opportunities.

The realization of these projects will contribute to the practical implementation of the "Industrial Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030", the "Investment Attraction Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2040", and the fourth national strategic goal - the accelerated industrialization of the country  as well as to attracting domestic and foreign investment, developing industrial and social infrastructure, raising the income levels and well-being of the population, introducing modern technologies, increasing the volume of exports of domestic products, and creating new jobs.
