Signing of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Investments and Promotion of Investment Activities»

On May 14, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, signed the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Investments and Promotion of Investment Activities».

This Law establishes the legal and economic foundations of relations in the field of investment and the implementation of investment activities, including through the implementation of investment projects carried out using the system of incentives and state support for investment, and is aimed at ensuring stability, responsibility, inclusiveness and improving the investment climate in the Republic of Tajikistan.
